Kathryn Running - BSc., B.Ed., M.I.R
BRIEF BIOGRAPHY

Kathryn Running is an organizational consultant, trainer, facilitator and mediator. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.Hons. Biology), a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and a Masters of Industrial Relations (M.I.R.) from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. Additionally she holds a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute in BC.

During the 1970s after graduating from university Kathryn working in a variety of middle management positions in both the hospitality sector and social services. She then joined the faculty of St. Lawrence College. Kathryn worked first within the Human Resources department as the college’s Employment Equity Coordinator and later as a faculty member with teaching appointments in several departments including human studies, continuing education, business, and women’s studies. She has extensive policy development and curriculum design experience.

 
Since 1996 Kathryn has been a self employed consultant. Her areas of specialty include:

Additionally, Kathryn (Katarina) is a partner in a small scale camping / cabana resort (Camping Laguna Azul) on Laguna Bacalar at Pedro A. Santos, Quintana Roo, Mexico. She coordinates a variety of ½ day adventure tours, such as kayaking, jungle walks, and birding. She spends January to April in Mexico and May to December in Canada.
